3/1/2023 0 Comments The siege of ba sing seThe Iroh portion of Tales of Ba Sing Se was a stunning (and coincidental as Iroh mourns his dead son) homage to the actor who had recently passed when the episode aired. General Iroh sings it while memorializing his son, Lu Ten. The clip above has three phases: Iroh watching the sun come in the window. During the episode “Sokka’s Master”, we see Iroh in his cell with a single window, both during the moonlit night and during the sunny day. But the clear highlight of the episode is the Tale of Iroh, Zuko’s uncle, who helps people around town before celebrating the birthday of his late son. The role was recast with Greg Baldwin, Mako's understudy and a long-time student of his voice. In the end, I would guess that this is just Iroh attempting to find a similar spot to pay tribute. In the Avatar: The Last Airbender episode "The Tales of Ba Sing Se", the segment titled "The Tale of Iroh" was created "in honor of Mako", the voice actor for Iroh for seasons one and two. With these two short sentences, Uncle Iroh allows a rare and wise mentality to become available not only for … But it can make you more powerful, too. Iroh’s eyes open wide in surprise/realization. Iroh Theory!! This is still inside the inner wall, a place where Iroh had never gained access to. 15) “Sozin’s Comet” (season 3, episodes 18-21) Building off everything that came before it in both character and plot, the four-part ATLA series finale is a visual and storytelling masterpiece.
